This is a top tier facility with a lot of things to do. We were here for a conference. Here are the highlights: -running/jogging trails (unpaved) with exercise stations in the woods (bosque) near the river. -multiple pools -hotel bar and 2 hotel cafes -Starbucks and snacks in the hotel gift shop The main lobby had a lot of comfy seating, 2 fireplaces, 2 firepits outside, and native american art and ephimera everywhere. They did a respectful and tasteful job using such as decorations. The rooms were excellent: good climate control, nice shower heads, excellent lighting and chairs. My only detraction is this: bring back fitted sheets on the beds. Some of us toss and turn too much for a flat sheet on the bottom.

Very Nice Hotel and Property. Was there a couple days for a conference. Food was pretty disappointing. Buffet Food cold every meal I ate in dining area. Hotel is huge was hard to believe only 1 shop with 1 person working to buy coffee in AM so long line and wait to get cup of coffee or anything in shop.

Live nearby and have only been there to eat and walk through the cottonwood trails by the Rio Grande. Food continues to go downhill yet go up in price. Sad, as there are limited options for fine dining in nearby Bernalillo and Placitas, where the hotel makes no effort to attract that kind of business. Very nice independent gallery adjoining the hotel that features the work of local, talented artists. Best hotel feature: view of the Sandia Mountains from the bar's large outdoor patio.

Hyatt Regency Tamaya is a beautiful resort with unique Adobe-style architecture and plenty of space. The staff is friendly, and the Globalist benefits are excellent—covering parking, resort fees, and breakfast for three. We got upgraded to a Mountain View room on the 1st floor with direct patio access to the grounds, which was amazing. The Pros: • Unique atmosphere and spacious layout. • Great Globalist recognition (proactive upgrades and fee waivers). • Tasty a la carte breakfast options. • Complimentary access to Spa facilities (sauna/relaxation room) for Globalists. The Cons (Management issues): • Maintenance: Our bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival and wasn't fixed until the second day. • Breakfast: The buffet has limited variety and the fruit wasn't fresh; stick to the a la carte menu. • Spa/Bikes: Management is a bit confusing. Front desk told me to check spa/bike availability myself, but there was no staff at the bike area, and the spa facilities closed surprisingly early (before 6 PM). • S'mores: They ran out of s'mores kits on our first night. Great property, but the operations and management definitely have room for improvement.

We were over the top impressed with this resort. The only negative complaint we had was the amount we were charged for the dinner buffet. The prime rib was awful and paid almost $200 for 2 people, plus the server was auto gratuity and only came to our table twice. Not impressed at all for that. Other than that, everyone was extremely polite and professional. Felt like royalty. Will definitely be back. This is also an extremely romantic resort, I was very shocked by the amount of children here. None the less, we felt very catered to and the view was unreal, you definitely have to get a mountian side view room!! Totally worth it.

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa is a truly special destination that offers much more than just a typical resort stay. The cultural activities and on-site museum were highlights of my trip; hiking with a Native American guide and learning firsthand about their history and way of life was an incredibly valuable experience. The building itself features a unique Southwestern design that fits perfectly into the landscape. We also thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the excellent breakfast. A perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and authentic culture.

This place is absolutely stunning. The views. The atmosphere. The staff are fantastic. I loved the many things to do there plus the little camp fires at night all over the property was just perfect and the fireplaces inside for night time was just a perfect ending to the night. The only issue I had was with the waitress at the cafe in the resort. She kind of gave an attitude of I don't want to be here. Was extremely slow and then just disappeared at the end of the night I ended having to find a different waiter to clear the bill. All in all tho the accommodation was absolutely amazing
